Role Overview:

As a Family Liaison, you will work directly with families we support, acting as their main point of contact. This role involves providing emotional support, coordinating resources, and ensuring that each family’s needs are met with compassion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusting relationships with assigned families.
  • Regularly communicate with families to assess their needs and progress.
  • Coordinate access to essential services such as counseling, education, and legal assistance.
  • Support families in navigating their new environments, including integration into local communities.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek empathetic, organized individuals who can commit to a consistent schedule. Experience in social work, counseling, or community outreach is a plus but not required. More importantly, we need volunteers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of displaced families.
