Yehia is a young man who lost his father… From that moment on, he was no longer just a son. He became the support, the protector, and the provider for his mother. Their home and Yehia’s business were destroyed. They were displaced many times, fleeing from death. He carried his mother, his memories, and whatever little he could save from his home, moving from place to place in search of safety. 

Amid shortages of food and water, rising prices, and the daily struggle to secure even the most basic necessities — Yehia refused to let the war steal his dream. In the darkest of times, he got engaged to the woman he loves. He chose to say “yes” to life while war was saying “no.”
